Arrival Time
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service.
To assure that our staff stays on schedule and provide the utmost service for our clients, it is imperative for clients to arrive on time.
We cannot guarantee services to clients who arrive 15 minutes or more later than their scheduled appointment time.
We also ask that you turn down your cell phone and pager while at the salon.
Cancellation, Reschedule and "No Show" Policy
Individual clients are required to cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time. Cancellations must be made by speaking directly to a customer service representative, voicemail, or emailing:

Please give us the courtesy of canceling or rescheduling your appointment.
Payment
We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Attire
Smocks are available for hair services.
Lost Articles
We ask clients to keep up with their personal items during your visit. We are not responsible for lost articles.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates purchased at Pure Elegance Beauty Salon may be purchased for any of our products or services or any dollar amount. Our Gift certificates expire exactly one year from date of purchase. Gift Certificates must be presented at the time of your appointment for payment.
Gift certificates are non-transferable
Children Under 12
To respect the comfort of all guests, children under 12 years of age are not allowed unless receiving services. Discount prices are not available to children.
Right of Refusal
Pure Elegance Beauty Salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in the termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct or language.
